Co Gengeration Plant Model Under Construction
The 3D Model shows a Co Generation plant that burns waste coal as a fuel to produce electricity. It also shows the use of mine pool water for cooling and the coal ash by product being used to fill stripping pits to reclaim the abandoned mine land. EPCAMR Watershed Outreach Coordinator built it for ARIPPA in 2003 and the finished model is currently being used by ARIPPA as an educational display.
